I am notorious for classifying just about everything I own as my favorite. My favorite shoes, favorite bag, favorite jacket, favorite earrings. Well, lets add another favorite to the crew! I once heard on a movie that your favorite is the one that needs you the most and I totally agree, except with a twist. Since my clothes don't need me (sike!), my favorite piece of clothing is the one that I am needing to wear the most and as of right now, these pants are 'it' for me. You know when you're shopping, just browsing and not really see anything then BOOM! You see that one item that you can not resist? You don't care how much it cost, you just have to have it?. That's exactly how I felt about these pants. Wanted them, had to have them, bought them, and needed to style them. Keep reading to see why these are "My Favorite Pants"! ;)

Leather Jacket (similar HERE)/ Black Off Shoulder Dress, worn as shirt (similar HERE)/ Zara Striped Trousers HERE/ Zara Over the Knee High Heel Leather Boot- SOLD OUT (similar HERE)/ Forever 21 Chain Strap Crossbody Bag- (similar HERE)
This outfit was initially styled for colder weather, but if you ditch the leather jacket, then you can definitely still be as bad as ever in the hot sun too! And below is a picture of my doing just that! However, if you have a real leather jacket, the kind that's cool to the touch, it would be a great companion if you are wearing this OOTD on a late night date.
Voila! No more jacket and just as delightful! I must admit, I run to this off shoulder dress turned shirt more than I should, but when a piece goes with everything you end up wanting to wear it with everything! When I bought these pants, I knew this top would get the job done. Claps for dependable pieces!
You had to expect that pants like these would encourage a pose like this. Can you blame me? The 70's aura that these pants emit is unmistakable and I am all here for it. Got my go-to black chained bag on my shoulder holding things down. It's always there to being the perfect little accessions that you need a black cross body to be. Simple, clutch (no pun intended), and applicable to all settings.
Wide legs pants will always be in style. Don't let anyone fool you. Translation: GET SOME!
This is the face you make when you are getting annoyed with your photographer, a.k.a your mom. Love her and appreciate her, but she was clearly on my nerve.
But then she turns around and captures my favorite picture from it all! I got the hair flip going on, little hand on the hip action, and of course the pants have simply showed up and shown out! Patience leads to pleasure. Don't give up on it just yet.
Little more about the look...I opted for a tighter fit top to offset the relaxed fit my trousers. That's my usual go to trick, when styling my clothes. Thinking ahead, I may try a loosened top for the next go round with my favorite pants just to see what it's like. Stepping out of the norm could be pleasantly surprising!
That over the shoulder look always gets them! Stick your booty out, flash a smile, and look innocent while doing it. You can't go wrong. Practice a little in the mirror, so you don't look like you're about to fart in someones face though!
I loved how flowy these pants were. Each step you took gave a new motion. Talk about style in action! But even with all that movement, you still couldn't see what kind of shoes I was wearing. I didn't mind because I wanted to focus to be on the pants, but I definitely don't recommend wearing some of your hottest shoes with these pants. No matter how much movement they may provide, these pants are not willing to share the spotlight.
Finding wide leg pants that aren't too short has always been a hassle for me, so I'm over joyed with the length of these, but the petite ladies should beware, These pants could easily swallow you up. If you just have to have them, try wearing your highest heel (even if it doesn't match because who would know) or get them taken up. I would hate for you to miss out on what could be your favorite pants, too!
Peace & favoritism, beautiful people!
