So this little OOTD was designed for Valentine's Day, but is just now making it onto the blog. Can you say slacckkkk? But, better late than never, right? Plus, who wouldn't want to wear red and pink together on any day? I know I would just love it! Two gorgeous colors, bright and vibrant, synonymous with love. Let's make every day Valentine's Day , or at least dress like it! Keep reading to see how I rock my "Red and Pink"! ;)
This outfit doesn't require much explanation. I chose these colors because of Valentines Day, which is what the outfit was designed for. Most people hear V-Day and go straight for the dress or frilly shirt and skirt, but what about the single peeps? What do they wear? Jeans and booties, of course!
My Valentine's Day was actually a Ga;entine's Day, spent with girl friends, my gals! No need to get all sexy or sassy for them at all, which was such a bonus. I could be comfortable and cute at the same time. Plus, with a look this simple, you could easily rock it any other day the year and look just as cute.
My apologies for the blurry resolution. My sister definitely did not feel the love after I saw how the pictures turned out. Nevertheless, I told you guys I was going to be posting my looks, no matter how crazy they look and a little blur never hurt anybody.

I wore some of my favorite high waist jeans, which make any look truly pop, a thrifted red velvet moto jacket, and of course my favorite black booties. To seal the red and pink deal, I had to pull out my bright pink backpacl from Zara. I bought this backpack last summer (2015), but honestly, there are not too many reasons to pull it out during the colder weather...except Valentine's Day of course!

A little red, a little pink, and a big smile! All the things you need on Valentines's Day, but sometimes on every other day too.
Now another thing you need is a bad a** moto jacket, and I am absolutely in love with mine and that it is red. I found this jacket while in college, but this was probably my first time wearing it, but most definitely not my last. If you find something awesome, but may not have the outfit, confidence, or corret pieces to wear it right then...DON'T GET RID OF IT! Keep it until something clicks.
I have my red, my pink, and I am ready to go! Don't be too shy to rock your Valentine's colors way past the 14th of February. You love every day, right? So rock you Red and Pink Everyday, too!
