All the fashion shows from Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and London Fashion Week have me treating the campus sidewalk as my catwalk! Music in my ears, a cute outfit on my body, a beat in my ear, and I am ready to strut! Here are a few songs that I feel would be ideal for a runway! A powerful song, made for a powerful woman wearing powerful pieces! It's got the upbeat, Janelle Monaes beautifully unique voice, and a great message for the ladies.
Will Smith- Gettin' Jiggy With It
Yes, it's old, but it's fun! Every runway needs a little fun, after all, fashion is fun! I got this song from my sister, who randomly spbegan singing while I was looking at photos from the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. It may not be ideal for some of the looks of these shows, but for the right line, it is the perfect song!

Once again, I LOVE this song. I know it was included on a previous playlist for a Music Monday, but as could not leave to off this list. I can just see a fresh face, neutral or soft tones, free flowing garments, and a hard stomping walk that commands attention.

A sultry song, a haunting song, and the perfect song for a bold look! Something about the tempo and mixture of electronic rock, blues, and indie rock that make it so hypnotizing. Just stare straight ahead and walk.
Beyoncé- Grown Woman
You can't leave 'The King' off a list such as this one. Her music is the epitome of fierce and this hit will give you a confidence you did not know you had, perfect for any walkway.
