Sometimes God talks to me through Instagram. Most recently it was through @ajolique on Instagram, with her list that inspired me to make my own, and begin the process of change.
Studies show that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. And twenty-one days from today it will be January 1, 2018. A new year. The beginning of an entire new chance. 2017 was trash? NO biggie! You have 21 days to begin to make sure 2018 is better.

I have a good bit of things I want to do and undo for myself, but I wanted to keep this list simple. Focus on what is contributing to my growth, and NOT what's hindering them.
