This look is the product of wanting a festive look, but not too over the top. The prefect way to make your slip dress more everyday is by putting a shirt underneath, specifically a sweater in the colder months. I paired an old black sweater from the back of my closet with my favorite gold slip dress for this look. You can even make your look better by adding some thigh high boots or tone it down with flats. Do as you feel, but remember to include your gold soul with the look.
