Let me just start by saying this...I LOVE THIS LOOK! Every once in a while you put on an outfit that is just it for you. This is that outfit for me; this is IT! I feel comfortable. I feel sexy. I feel chic. I feel a little breeze (LOL gotta love linen). I feel stylish. And most importantly, I feel effortlessly myself! This outfit embodies who I am at this moment; young, daring, and carefree. When I first thought about this look, I was not into it at all. How was I going to put linen pants, typically worn in the Summer time, with leather thigh high boots made for Fall and Winter? Then I stopped doing just that, thinking about it! You can ruin a good thing by thinking too much about how it should be, could be, and would be. Sometimes you have to just go with it, especially when it comes to your clothing. Do what feels good, not what you think will feel good or make others feel good. After all, it's just clothes! Learn to wear what you want to wear, because you are in charge and that is what you want to do, darn it! Who cares about the "fashion rules" of the world. Rules are meant to be broken! And if anyone asks you why you are wearing what you're wearing, just tell them, "Cause I want to!" While you're at it, enjoy 'Black Boots and Linen Pants, Cause I Said So'!
